Who is leading this project?

Hermes Pires, known as the “Grandfather of Vending” in Brazil, has over 31 years of experience in automation and the vending machine industry.

Since 1995, he has led Tecnopires, building international partnerships and representing Brazil at major industry events in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and China.

As a founder and President of ABAAST (Brazilian Vending Association) until August 2026, now is a Director and Board Advisor for International Affairs; he connects companies and professionals, promoting innovation and growth in the self-service sector.
